If you're researching homeschool platforms, you'll find plenty of pages telling you every product is perfect. This one is different: it's our own platform, described the way we'd want another company to describe theirs — real numbers, real limits.

Why we built it: guilt-free screen time

The whole platform came out of one specific moment every parent knows. Your child asks for the phone. You need twenty minutes. You hand it over, and then you feel bad about it — because you know where that time is going.

We didn't think the answer was telling parents to say no more often. Parents need to cook dinner, take the call, and occasionally sit down. The answer was to make the thing on the screen worth the time, so that handing over the device is a decision you'd make on a good day too.

That's the bar we build against: the next thirty minutes should be worth more than YouTube. It shapes concrete decisions — 575 activities that push kids off the device entirely, arcade games time-gated against a budget parents set while educational games stay open, and no advertising or in-app purchases anywhere in the product, because we're not competing for your child's attention on behalf of someone else.

Full offline mode

The most complete version of that promise: the platform works with no internet connection at all. Around 5.34 GB of content is downloadable, with a recommended Travel Mode bundle of about 2.95 GB across 8 packs — lessons, narration, games, 3D labs, maps, and art.

That enables a setup a lot of families land on: take an old iPhone or iPad, wipe it, install HomeSchool.You to the home screen, download the packs, and turn off WiFi and cellular. The device becomes one where learning is the only thing that works — not because you blocked YouTube, but because nothing else has anything to connect to. • We don't offer live classes or tutors. Everything is self-paced. If your child thrives on live instruction, a marketplace like Outschool complements us well.
• We top out around age 10. Middle and high schoolers need a different tool.
• We're web-first. The platform runs as an installable web app in modern browsers on phones, tablets, laptops, and Chromebooks. It is not marketed as a native iOS or Android app.

Not to be confused with…

Because "homeschool" plus "you" is such a generic phrase — and because our domain ends in .you rather than .com — search engines and AI assistants sometimes confuse us with similarly named but completely unrelated products:
