COPPA Notice for Parents
HomeSchool.You is designed for families with children ages 3–10. This notice explains the information a child-facing learning service may handle and the controls available to the parent who manages the account.
What is included
- A parent creates and controls the account before a child uses HomeSchool.You
- The service does not show behavioral advertising to children or sell their personal information
- Camera and similar device capabilities are parent-controlled and used only for the requested feature
- Parents may review, correct, export, or delete a child's information

What children can provide
A child can complete lessons, create private work, earn progress, and use parent-enabled features. HomeSchool.You does not provide a public child profile or public social feed.

Parents manage child profiles, permissions, learning records, optional content, device capabilities, and deletion.

Can children create their own account?
No. A parent or authorized adult creates and controls the family account.
Is a child's work posted publicly?
No. Child creations and learning records stay within the private family experience.
How can a parent request deletion?
Use the account deletion controls or email privacy@homeschool.you.
Records note: HomeSchool.You generates parent-managed attendance, progress, annual-report, portfolio, and transcript-style records. It is not an accredited school and does not issue official credit-bearing transcripts. Families should verify their own state requirements.
