Every lesson below contains age-banded facts and quiz questions. Some lessons also include a make-or-explain artifact prompt. Titles are shown in their current course order.

  1. Simple Machines
    Example: This course traces how humans went from hand tools to AI. The foundation is the 6 simple machines — and the lever is the clearest starting point: load (what you lift), effort (your push), fulcrum (the pivot).
  2. The Wheel & Printing Press
    Example: The wheel-and-axle from Lesson 1's list is the star of this lesson. The oldest known cart wheel was found in Slovenia (≈3200 BC) — it works because of one clever part: the AXLE, which reduces friction exactly as Lesson 1 described.
  3. The Steam Engine
    Example: You learned Watt improved the steam engine. Here is HOW one works: fuel heats water → steam expands → steam pushes a piston back and forth → the piston turns a wheel. That spinning wheel can run almost anything.

How age adaptation works

The lesson record contains separate fact sets and quiz questions for Pre-K, kindergarten, early elementary, and upper elementary. This is not the same paragraph with a smaller font: vocabulary, detail, and question demands can change by age band. Parents can still choose a different level if their child needs it.

Assessment and records

Course quizzes provide immediate practice feedback. Completion and progress can feed parent-managed records, but a quiz score is not a teacher-issued grade, independent diagnosis, or accredited course credit.
